Global Environmental Management Services (Pvt) limited Provides services for to cater the water treatment needs of a variety of industrial sectors. We specialize in technological solutions for company water, wastewater and effluent treatment products.
GEMS design, build and supply water and wastewater treatment plants mainly for the industrial, community and potable water users. We have our own dedicated facility for manufacturing and assembling of the plants.
Our comprehensive technical expertise in chemical, physical, biological and membrane processes for water and wastewater treatment permits us to resolve your intricate water treatment problems economically and successfully.
Our products are a result of years of collaboration between our engineers, end users and contractors. Our team of engineers work in collaboration with the clients to comprehend their requirements and offer reasonable solutions. GEMS also offer standard models our product line in addition to custom designs that we offer based on the specific customer requirements.
Our series of products comprises Ultra-Filtration (UF), Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Ultra-Violet (UV) systems. These plants are manufactured using the latest techniques of production, thereby pledging our clients of the reliability and legitimacy of our products.
1.1 Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP)
GEMS manufacture and fabricate Effluent Treatment Plants to provide solutions for the wastewater treatment and recover/reuse requirements of our customers. The ETP’s are designed to treat the wastewater coming from different processes of any industry. The treatment of different effluents vary with the nature of effluent. With the help of our treatment processes we facilitate our clients to recover and reuse treated wastewater for different process applications.

1.2 Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
GEMS offers both standardized and customized Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) for industrial sectors, Municipal Corporations, Housing Societies, Malls, Adventure Parks, Hotels, Hospitals and Commercial Complexes.
Today GEMS has in its portfolio, a variety of technologies to suit varied customer requirements. These include MBBR, SBR, MBR, SAFF, and RBC.
1.3 Package Sewage Treatment Plant
GEMS fabricate “Package Sewage Treatment Plants” that are specially planned and manufactured for the treatment of smaller quantities of sewage water like 10 M3/day to 150 M3/day (10,000 LPD- 150,000 LPD). These plants are built into standard 20ft /40ft ISO containers for affluence of transport and installation.
GEMS Package STP’s are perfect for malls, hotels & multiplexes, corporate offices, housing societies, educational institutions and tourist sites.
1.4 Constructed Wetlands
World is facing water shortage in recent times. This motivates to work for sustainable technologies to ensure recycling of water on technologies which gave dual advantages with low operational cost.
Constructed wetland is natural treatment system to treat this water in the first phase and then its application for various beneficial uses in the second and final phase. The main aim of this project is to develop for remediation of waste water and explore the potential for beneficial reuse of treated water. Objectives of CW is to assess various plants that can remediate pollutants and can be used for beneficial uses like biomass, energy production, fodder, honey . Constructed wetland is a low-cost and low-energy system for water treatment,
Advantages of Constructed Wetland
Uses natural technology for TDS and other contaminants removal
Wetland plants could be harvested and used as feed material for livestock or biofuel
Wetlands will sequester carbon
Wetlands will form habitat for diverse animal species
Effluent could be reused for irrigation
Will provide treated water for groundwater recharging
GEMS has team of specialists/experts which are capable of design, construct, operate and monitor the constructed wetlands.
